Welcome to Mitzvah Edits. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, including studios, videographers, and visitors. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Services

Mitzvah Edits provides professional video editing services tailored for Bar/Bat Mitzvah and related event films. All editing work is performed based on the project specifications provided by the client. Turnaround times, revision limits, and pricing are detailed on our website and may vary by project type.

Payments & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to begin any editing project. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Payments are accepted through approved online methods listed on our website. Work will not begin until the initial deposit is received.

Revisions

Each project includes up to three complimentary rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur an additional fee, depending on the scope of the request.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made before editing begins are fully refundable. Once editing has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Refunds are only issued in cases of technical failure or if the project cannot be completed due to internal errors. For detailed refund information, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

All raw footage and materials provided by the client remain the property of the client. Edited video files remain the intellectual property of Mitzvah Edits until full payment is received, after which all rights are transferred to the client.

Privacy & Data Security

We maintain strict confidentiality for all projects. Files are stored securely during the editing process and deleted permanently 60 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive for precision and reliability, Mitzvah Edits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
