Refund & Returns Policy

Our Commitment

At Mitzvah Edits, every project is crafted with care, precision, and professional integrity. We value the trust studios and videographers place in us and strive to ensure each edit meets the highest creative and technical standards.

Revision & Satisfaction Guarantee

Each project includes up to three complimentary revision rounds to make sure the final film aligns with your vision. If the result still does not meet expectations after the included revisions, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance — though in such cases, final video files will not be released.

Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to begin editing. Cancellations made before the editing process begins are fully refundable. Once editing has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as time and resources are immediately allocated to your project.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where editing has not yet commenced or where technical issues prevent delivery. Our goal is always resolution through revisions, not refunds — ensuring every studio receives a completed film that meets professional standards.

File Handling

All project files and media are securely stored for 60 days after final delivery. After that period, they are permanently deleted for client privacy and data protection.
