Do you share client work publicly?

No. All projects remain private unless the studio provides permission.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and major credit or debit cards.

Do you offer refunds or adjustments if I’m not satisfied with the edit?

We truly care about your satisfaction and will do everything we can within the included revision rounds to make sure you’re happy with the final result. If, after that, the edit still doesn’t meet your expectations, you won’t be asked to pay the remaining balance — though in such cases, the final videos will not be released.

Do you offer bulk or recurring project discounts?

Yes. We offer reduced rates and priority scheduling for studios with ongoing or multi-project collaborations.

How do I book your editing service?

You can start a project by selecting the service that best fits your requirement.

Do you require a deposit before starting the project?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required before editing begins, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery.

Can I cancel my order after submitting footage?

Yes, you can cancel before editing begins. Once editing has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Can you edit from old DVDs, USB drives, or mixed media?

No, we only work with digitized footage that can be uploaded online.

Do you accept both photos and videos in the same project?

Yes. We often combine both for montages and highlight films.

How much footage can I send per project?

Each project includes up to six hours of footage. If footage exceeds that, a small additional fee will apply.

Can you edit footage captured by multiple videographers or cameras?

Yes. We specialize in syncing and editing multi-camera footage for seamless, dynamic storytelling.

What format or resolution do you prefer for uploads?

We recommend high-quality MP4 or MOV files in 1080p or 4K resolution for best results.

How do I send my footage securely?

You can upload via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer, or request a private upload link from us.

Do you offer animated intros, titles, or logo reveals?

We don’t create custom intros or logo reveals, but if you provide them, we can seamlessly include them in your edit.

Can you color-correct low-light or shaky footage?

Yes. We’ll do our best to enhance low-light and shaky footage through professional color correction and stabilization, though results may vary depending on the source quality.

Do you remove background noise from audio?

Yes. We make every effort to reduce background noise using advanced tools, but complete removal may not always be possible.

What if I want additional changes after final delivery?

We can accommodate extra revisions for a small additional fee, depending on the scope of work.

Can you synchronize the edit to specific songs or music cues?

Yes. Provide your preferred licensed tracks, and we’ll align the edit perfectly with the music.

Do you add subtitles or captions for speeches?

We don’t create subtitles or captions, but if you provide them, we’ll include them in your edit.

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions at no extra charge.

Do you offer themed montages, such as childhood, family, or party highlights?

Yes. We create themed montages on request, including childhood journeys, family stories, and celebration highlights.

How many photos or clips should I provide for a montage?

For the best pacing, we recommend up to 150 photos or short clips per montage project, up to 15 minutes in length.

Do you provide royalty-free music?

Yes. We use licensed, royalty-free music suitable for Bar/Bat Mitzvah films to ensure every edit is copyright-safe.

Can I request specific moments or people to be highlighted in the edit?

Absolutely. You can share notes or timecodes, and we’ll make sure those moments receive special focus.

Will I receive both digital and physical copies?

We provide digital delivery only.

How long do you store completed projects and raw footage?

We store all project files for 60 days after final delivery, after which they are permanently deleted for privacy and security.

How will I receive the finished video?

Your final video will be delivered via a secure Dropbox link.

Do you deliver in Full HD or 4K resolution?

All projects are delivered in the same resolution as the original footage provided.
